In my opinion, you will learn more and probably earn more taking the route of a share equity deal that Mark Reyland advocates.
So just in case you want to send in you idea and wait the the “mailbox money” to roll in, I checked them out. They are part of a larger holding company, WPP: A world leader in marketing communications. They own with some big name advertising firms like Ogilvy & Mather.
I “applied” to have the privilege of being able to submit an idea to them. I did this as an experiment to find out what they are about and to see if my half-baked kitchenware idea had legs. A week or so later I got an e-mail with a confidentiality form and instruction how to submit idea to them.
