Today I read numerous stories that U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk was injured Wednesday when a metal ladder that had fallen onto Interstate 30 was struck by a tractor-trailer and crashed through his windshield.
Scores of people are killed each year on our nation’s highways due to ladders falling off vehicles. These accidents and deaths can be prevented.
A friend of mine named Larry Jordan of Jacksonville, FL invented and patented a automatic locking ladder rack that secures ladders to vehicles.
